Injury prevention involves identifying patterns of movement that are known to lead to injuries.  Athletic Training and Conditioning, Inc. accomplishes this through the use of video analysis.

Upon identifying these known injury causing movement patterns, corrective strategies have to be implemented.  Below is a table identifying imperative areas to be addressed and sample programs from which corrective strategies can be obtained:
